Redeeming Vouchers and Cancellations

Recently, I ran a deal on Buy With Me.  I have also run deals on Eversave and Tippr in the past.  I LOVE the people that these social marketing tools bring to me.  They are wonderful people that bring a vibrancy and life to my studio and fill up my appointment book keeping me nice and busy!  What a wonderful way to kick off a business such as mine.  🙂

Some things to keep in mind…

My appointment book DOES fill up very quickly-  particularly Saturdays and evening appointments.  They go first.  Please be patient and check the online scheduler often.  If someone cancels their Saturday appointment, chances are that you will see it before me if you are checking the website on a regular basis.  I only have time to return calls between sessions and at the end of the day.

Something else that needs to be highlighted is my 24 hour cancellation policy…

Recently, some folks have gotten upset with me for enforcing the 24 hour cancellation policy.  I feel I must explain this and maybe you will see it from a business perspective.  If you are a no show, or call me three minutes before your appointment and say you can’t make it, it leaves me no time to fill your spot.  That means that I just lost income, and it takes away from someone else who would have LOVED to come in for a session today as opposed to booking 3 weeks out (my current wait time).   It really only takes a moment to place a phone call, respond to the reminder email, or shoot me a text message saying that you need to cancel.  As long as it is done at lease 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, I should have no problem filling the spot.  It is the courteous thing to do.

THE POLICY IS THIS: If you are a no show for your appointment, or you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the voucher that you purchased through Eversave, Buy With Me or Tippr.com becomes void.  It cannot be redeemed and it will not be refunded either by Sanctuary Massage or by the website where it was purchased.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THE RULE: If there was a dire emergency that prevented you from making your appointment or giving the appropriate notice, you will be given another opportunity to book and use the voucher.

Sanctuary Massage VALUES your time.  Whenever possible, I try to give all my clients the full 60 minutes of hands-on time that your appointment is set for.  I try to be as fair as possible when booking clients and providing a positive experience throughout the entire process-  from start to finish.  I think that my reviews speak truth to this statement.
